Yellow Day
5th July 2021
Yellow Day was celebrated on Monday, 5th July 2021. The colour ‘yellow’ stands for optimism, glory, sunshine, and happiness. It represents freshness, positivity, intellect and joy. The motive of celebrating ‘the yellow day’ was to make the students aware of the colour yellow, its significance, and develop the students’ fine motor skills.
The virtual session began with a fun-filled introduction concerning the colour, yellow. Students dressed up in different shades of yellow colour. It was indeed a visual treat to see the impact of the yellow colour on our little angels on screen. All the students of Pre-Primary sang rhymes along with the video shown and discovered various shades of the colour. Further, the tiny tots were engaged in a craft activity that involved the class teacher as well. The little buds were all excited and showcased utmost joy and enjoyed this eventful day.
It was an amazing learning experience that had a long-lasting effect on each student. All the students were happy and enjoyed themselves to the fullest.
