Natural Disaster Management Awareness Assembly

Our SST Department, in its relentless pursuit of holistic education organized a special assembly dedicated to fostering awareness about disaster management.

The assembly commenced with a thought-provoking presentation by students from Grade 3 to Grade 8 elucidating the concept of disasters, encompassing natural calamities like earthquakes, floods and cyclones, as well as human-induced disasters such as industrial accidents and environmental degradation. Through real-life examples and multimedia aids, students gained insight in to the diverse forms and consequences of disasters.

By fostering a culture of preparedness and resilience within the school ecosystem, NPS JP Nagar aims to empower students as responsible citizens capable of addressing the challenges posed by disasters.
