I contemplate that all children are unique and have something exceptional that they can bring to their own learning process. A classroom should be a safe, caring environment where children are free to speak their mind, blossom and grow. I believe in facilitating my sweet little flowers like a gardener to blossom to their fullest.
Teaching is a mutual learning process from students, colleagues, parents, and the entire system. This is a lifelong process where you discover new strategies, new ideas, and new philosophies. Over time, my educational philosophy will evolve, grow and help us learn new things. In today’s dynamic world, each of us must adapt ourselves to this life-long learning process.
I am passionate about students being empowered to succeed. As Principal, I use all tools available to inspire students and community to work together to promote student achievement, technological aspirants and pay heed to holistic development and social well-being.
Safeguarding the interests of your child while surfing online is the need of the hour and this demands a detailed and comprehensive plan of action. The parents must compulsorily adhere to such measures to protect their children and not fall prey to scams, cyber bullying, online predators in the World Wide Web.
I am an ardent supporter of effective and innovative professional development that encourages teachers to be reflective and to continuously examine our practice to provide quality teaching and learning for each student. I aim to enthuse and challenge staff and students to also be inventive and imaginative in their learning and day to day tasks.
I believe that having inspirational and passionate teachers is essential for a school’s success. I enjoy celebrating successes and acknowledge hard work of staff, students and community and believe this is one of the best contributes to fundamental happy school environment.
