Blue Day Celebration

“Blue is the ocean; blue is the sky;
Blue are blueberries; we put them in the pie”.

Pre-primary students celebrated ‘Blue Day’. It was a pleasant and cool blue day for the kids. All the students including teachers came dressed in blue as well as the classroom was pre-decorated to give the blue day feel. Recognition of blue colour was done.
Early identification of colours helps to create the cognitive link between visual clues and words which is an important part of a child’s holistic development. Kids enjoyed the day by making aquarium, the blue whale and monsoon activities.
